－Description of meeting place－
When picking up from the airport (same for domestic/international flights)
Meeting place: in front of Gate 3 of the departure hall on the 2nd floor
It is the Departure hall on the 2nd floor, not the Arrival hall on the 1st floor! Upon arrival, go up to the second floor and come out in front of Gate 3 to meet the driver
Detailed pick up location information will be emailed after booking
The driver only waits for 90 mins, subject to the arrival time of the flight, and the delay caused by the guest's personal reasons after 90 mins will be regarded as No show
In case of flight delay, the driver will wait according to the delay time, no additional fee will be charged
When booking, please be sure to write down the flight number and the number of pieces of luggage
If the number of passengers or luggage does not match the booking information, you may be refused pick-up on the spot, and no cancellation or refund will be made (100% non-refundable)
When picking up from Busan KTX Station
- Meeting point: Entrance of Toyoko Inn Hotel on the left side of Exit 1 on the 1st floor of Busan KTX Station (* not a subway station)
When picking up from the hotel
Meeting point: The driver is waiting at the hotel entrance according to the time requested by the guest
The minimum time required from Gijang/Haeundae to the airport is 1 hour, and the maximum time is 1 hour and 30 minutes (※Note: There will be traffic jams on weekends and commuting hours)
It takes at least 30 minutes and a maximum of 1 hour from the center of Busan to the airport
Please make a reservation when you arrive at the airport 2 hours before the flight departure time (for example: departure from Busan city center, the flight time is 3 o'clock, then book the drop-off service at 12 o'clock or 12:30 o'clock)
Depart at the time specified by the customer, the customer is responsible for the delay due to road conditions, please confirm before making an appointment

How to Use
- Voucher will be sent via email. Please swipe to redeem your e-voucher and present the completion page at the designated location.

Boxes or large bags that cannot be carried on your lap will be considered luggage. If you plan to carry luggage over 27" or over capacity limit, please contact the customer service

- Please notify in the "Note" section when booking if you require extra time to pick-up rental products, such as SIM Cards or Wi-Fi Routers.
- For pick-up service, driver will arrive at the airport according to your arrival time, please notify in the "Note" section if you have other designated pickup time.
- Available Time: 05:30~22:00 / open all year
- Vehicle and driver information will be sent to customers one day before using the service, please contact customer service as soon as possible if you do not receive it
- If you need to stop at other places, there will be an additional fee of 20,000 won per place (payable on-site), and the stop is limited to places in the center of Busan
